Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-eNOS (phospho Ser1177) Antibody [ARC58017] (A308963)

Western blot analysis of 293T lysates, using Anti-eNOS (phospho Ser1177) Antibody [ARC58017] (A308963) at 1:7,000 dilution. 293T cells were treated by IGF-1 (50 ng/ml) at 37°C for 5 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 180s.
