Western Blot - Anti-DREAM Antibody (A82682)

DREAM expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged DREAM an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-DREAM Antibody (A82682) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-DREAM Antibody (A82682) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
