Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DOK2 (phospho Tyr299).
Specificity
This antibody recognises docking protein 2 (DOK2), also known as dok-2 and downstream of tyrosine kinase 2, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 299. DOK2 belongs to the downstream of tyrosine kinase (Dok) family of adaptor proteins involved in receptor signaling.DOK2 is phosphorylated by Bcr-Abl, receptor tyrosine kinases and also cytoplasmIc protein tyrosine kinases (Gérard et al. 2004).
