Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody was used at 1:2,000 dilution. Immunofluorescence staining of DNA polymerase beta in NIH 3T3 cells with Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100. Anti-DNA polymerase beta Antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution. Nulear DNA was stained with DAPI and the merged image was shown on the right.
