Serial diluted Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) binding with CLDN18.2-VLP is 15.37 µg/ml.

Negative Control 1: Synthetic Virus-like Particle Human Claudin18.2 Protein (A318490) were stained only with Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (PE). B. Negative Control 2: Control VLP were stained with Anti-CLDN18.2 antibody (Zolbetuximab biosimilar) at 1 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (PE). C. Negative Control 3: Synthetic Virus-like Particle Human Claudin18.2 Protein (A318490) were stained with Anti-BCMA Antibody (an irrelevant antibody) at 1 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (PE). D. Synthetic Virus-like Particle Human Claudin18.2 Protein (A318490) were stained with Anti-CLDN18.2 antibody (Zolbetuximab biosimilar) at 1 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (PE).
