Serial diluted Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human Claudin18.2 Protein (A318483) is 593.6 µg/ml.
