Serial diluted Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human Claudin 6 Protein (A318489) is 66.99 µg/ml.
