ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human Cannabinoid Receptor I Protein (A318475) (0.2 µg/well). Serial diluted Anti-Cannabinoid Receptor I Antibody [DM144] - Azide free (A318564) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From this data, the EC50 for Anti-CB1 Monoclonal Antibody binding with CB1-Nanodisc is 41.62 µg/ml.
