Serial diluted Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with a secondary antibody before reading the ELISA. From the above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human beta 1 Adrenergic Receptor Protein (A325098) is 6.812ng/ml.
