ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5 µg/per well Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Adenosine Receptor A2a Protein (A318479). Serial diluted Anti-Flag Tag Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Tag Antibody binding with CLDN6 full length membrane nanoparticles is 6.796 µg/ml.

FACS analysis of Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Adenosine Receptor A2a Protein (A318479): A. Negative Control 1: Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Adenosine Receptor A2a Protein (A318479) samples were stained only with Goat Anti-Mouse lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). B. Negative Control 2: Control membrane nanoparticles samples were stained with Anti-ADORA2A Antibody at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). C. Negative Control 3: Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Adenosine Receptor A2a Protein (A318479) samples were stained with Anti-His Tag Antibody (an irrelevant antibody) at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). D. Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Adenosine Receptor A2a Protein (A318479) samples were stained with Anti-ADORA2A Antibody at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488).
