Anti-Stathmin 1 (phospho Ser16) Antikörper (A16531)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa and C2C12 cells, using Anti-Stathmin 1 (phospho Ser16) Antibody (A16531) at 1:2,000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by Nocodazole (50ng/ml) for 20 hours. C2C12 cells were treated by Nocodazole (50ng/ml) for 20 hours. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 90s.
