SEPT6 expression in Daudi (A), Jurkat (B) and MOLT4 (C) cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-SEPT6 Antibody (A82519) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

SEPT6 expression in Human Testis (A), Duodenum (B), Kidney (C), and Tonsil (D) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-SEPT6 Antibody (A82519) at 1µg/ml (A), 0.1µg/ml (B), 0.5µg/ml (C), or 0.3µg/ml (D) and detected by chemiluminescence.
SEPT6 expression in Human Tonsil analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-SEPT6 Antibody (A82519) at 3.8µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
