Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 Antibody (A326290)
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 expression analyzed by western blot. 1µg protein in PBS, pH 7.4, was loaded. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 Antibody (A326290) at 1µg/ml and detected with chemiluminescence.
Figure 2: Immunofluorescence - Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 Antibody (A326290)
SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 expression in HEK293 cells transiently transfected with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein expressing plasmid analyzed by immunofluorescence. Cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Staining was performed with Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein S1 Antibody (A326290) at 10µg/ml for 1 hour and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 2µg/ml. Cytoplasmic and plasma membrane staining shown and nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Negative control: non-transfected HEK293 cells are utilized.
