Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Proenkephalin Antibody (A84432)
Proenkephalin expression in Human Adrenal Gland lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Proenkephalin Antibody (A84432) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
Proenkephalin expression in Human Hypothalamus analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was cryosectioned after PFA perfusion fixation, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 80°C for 30 minutes. Staining was performed with Anti-Proenkephalin Antibody (A84432) at 0.3µg/ml and revealed with Cyanine 3 (CY3).
