PARK7 expression in HeLa (A) and Jurkat (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-PARK7 Antibody (A83672) at 0.001µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

PARK7 expression in MCF7 (A) and HeLa (B) cells analyzed by immunofluorescence. Staining was performed with Anti-PARK7 Antibody (A83672) at 5µg/ml and detected with Rabbit Anti-goat IgG-Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at 1:1000 with DAPI nuclear counterstaining.
PARK7 expression in Human Testis analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-PARK7 Antibody (A83672) at 7µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Negative control for PARK7 expression in Human Testis analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and staining procedure was performed in the absence of primary antibody.
