Specificity
This antibody recognises human Cytokeratin 5, 6, 8, and 18 intermediate filament proteins. This oligoclonal antibody is designed to recognize all human epithelial tissue.

Dilutions
IHC-P: 1:50-1:100 for 60 minutes at 25°C. Trypsin digestion of paraffin sections is recommended. Standard ABC technique.
