Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-NUMBL Antibody (A83961)

NUMBL expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged NUMBL an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-NUMBL Antibody (A83961) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-NUMBL Antibody (A83961) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
