Figure 1: Immunohistochemistry - Anti-NCAM2 Antibody (A84144)

NCAM2 expression in Mouse Olfactory bub analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was cryosectioned after PFA perfusion fixation, and antigen retrieval was achieved by freezing in methanol at -20°C for 10 minutes followed by 1% SDS for 10 minutes. Staining was performed with Anti-NCAM2 Antibody (A84144) at 0.5µg/ml for 24 hours.

NCAM2 expression in Mouse Olfactory bulb analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was cryosectioned after PFA perfusion fixation, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 95°C for 10 minutes. Staining was performed with Anti-NCAM2 Antibody (A84144) at 0.5µg/ml for 48 hours. Note NCAM2 (red), VGLUT2 (blue) and NQO1 (green).
