Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Mouse Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM103] (Biotin) (A121252)
Western blot of non-reduced (-) and reduced (+) mouse IgG1? and IgG1? (20ng/lane), using 0.2µg/ml of Anti-Mouse Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM103] (Biotin). This antibody reacts to non-reduced IgG1? (~150 kDa), and slightly reacts to reduced ? light chain (~25 kDa).
ELISA of mouse immunoglobulins shows Anti-Mouse Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM103]reacts to the kappa light chain of mouse immunoglobulins. No cross reactivity with the lamda light chain, human IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200ng/ml, 50ng/ml, or 10ng/ml of Anti-Mouse Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM103] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
A titer ELISA of mouse IgG1?. The plate was coated with different amounts of mouse IgG1?. A serial dilution of Anti-Mouse Ig Kappa Light Chain Antibody [RM103] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
