Anti-Interferon gamma Antikörper [MT4A27] (PF647P) (A269820)

Flow cytometry analysis of guinea pig spleen cells using Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody [MT4A27] (PF647P) (A269820). Cells were stimulated for 16 hours in the presence of PMA/ionomycin and Brefeldin A, and then fixed and permeabilized using 4% paraformaldehyde and saponin, and subsequently stained with Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody [MT4A27] (PF647P) (A269820) (solid line) or isotype control antibody (dashed line). The histogram derives from gated events of typical lymphocyte characteristics in forward and side light scatter.
