FociSpot immunostaining of influenza B nucleoprotein in MDCK cells infected with influenza B virus (titrated, virus dilutions 16,000x, 32,000x, and 64,000x). After fixation and permeabilization, foci were detected using Anti-Influenza B Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [4D5] (Biotin) (A325384), followed by Streptavidin-ALP and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate.

An indirect ELISA examination of influenza B nucleoprotein using Anti-Influenza B Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [4D5] (Biotin) (A325384). The ELISA plate was coated with recombinant influenza B nucleoprotein and Anti-Influenza B Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [4D5] (Biotin) (A325384) was added, followed by Streptavidin-HRP and TMB substrate.
