Anti-Influenza-A-Virus Nucleoprotein Antikörper [19C10] (A325385)

An indirect ELISA examination of influenza A nucleoprotein using Anti-Influenza A Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [19C10] (A325385). The ELISA plate was coated with recombinant influenza A nucleoprotein and Anti-Influenza A Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [19C10] (A325385) was added, followed by Streptavidin-HRP and TMB substrate.

FociSpot immunostaining of influenza A nucleoprotein in MDCK cells infected with influenza A virus (titrated, virus dilutions 2,000x, 4,000x, and 8,000x). After fixation and permeabilization, foci were detected using Anti-Influenza A Virus Nucleoprotein Antibody [19C10] (A325385), followed by Streptavidin-ALP and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate.
