Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300µg extract cell lysate from 293T cells transfected with SCRN1 expression vector containing HA and GFP tags using 30µl of Anti-HA Nanobody (Magnetic Beads) (A310046). This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-HA Tag Antibody [AMC0173] (A309244) at a dilition of 1:2000.
