Western Blot - Anti-EB3 Antibody (A84767)

EB3 expression in Human (A), Mouse (B), and Rat (C) Brain cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-EB3 Antibody (A84767) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
