This antibody was affinity purified using the immunising peptide immobilized on solid support. Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1. 4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from HEK293T, HeLa, MCF-7, Jurkat, and HepG2 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A295541) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP; 10% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A295541) was used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. DDX6 was also immunoprecipitated using a previous batch of this antibody and a second antibody against a different epitope of DDX6. For blotting immunoprecipitated DDX6, Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A295541) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from NIH-3T3, CT26, CH27, TCMK-1, and BW 5147.3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Anti-DDX6 Antibody (A295541) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
