Anti-COMT Antikörper (A83361)

COMT expression in Human Testes lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-COMT Antibody (A83361) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

COMT expression in Human Cerebellum analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by microwaving in Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9. Staining was performed with Anti-COMT Antibody (A83361) at 4µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

COMT expression in Human Testis analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-COMT Antibody (A83361) at 3.75µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
