Mouse monoclonal [293C3] antibody to CD133 (PE).

This antibody recognizes the extracellular epitope 2 on human CD133, a 120 kDa glycoprotein of prominin family, expressed (for example) on progenitor cells. This antibody is important for identification of human renal progenitors.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
