Western Blot - Anti-ACAT1 Antibody (Biotin) (A84742)

ACAT1 expression in Mouse (A) and Rat (B) Liver lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-ACAT1 Antibody (Biotin) (A84742) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence using horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and using NAP blocker to substitute for skimmed milk.
