Synthetic DNA aptamer to Cytochrome C (Biotin).

Biotin

Resuspend to 100µM with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, and 0.1mM EDTA.

Heat to 85-90°C for 2 minutes then cool to room temperature prior to use.

Optimal dilution of the aptamer to be determined through serial dilution experiments.
