This antibody recognises rat collagen type III, a fibrillar collagen found in extensible connective tissues such as skin, lung, and the vascular system, frequently in association with type I Collagen. Rabbit anti Rat Collagen III antibody (2150-1950) shows less than 10% cross-reactivity with collagen type V and minimal reactivity with rat collagen type I and elastin.
