Western Blot - Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82852)

MK2 expression in MEF cell lysate from double knockout mice (Lane 2 and 3) and rescued by introduction of MK2 gene (Lane 2) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 2 hours with Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82852) at 0.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

MK2 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress GFP-tagged MK5 and incubated with Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82852) (left) and Anti-MK2 Antibody (right) at 0.5µg/ml.

MK2 expression in MK2/MK3 double knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation (IP) using Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82852) (Lanes 3 + 4) and Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82853) (Lanes 5 + 6). Lanes 3 and 5 show MK2/MK3 expression rescued by retroviral transduction. Inputs for double KO and rescue MEFs were run in parallel (Lanes 1 + 2). Western blot was performed with a separate mouse-Anti-MK5 antibody.

MK2 expression in Human Heart analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-MK2 Antibody (A82852) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
