Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-CETP Antibody (A286039)

CETP expression in HepG2 (A) and Negative control Caco-2 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-CETP Antibody (A286039) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
