Anti-CD8 Antibody [CVS21]

Mouse monoclonal [CVS21] antibody to CD8.

This antibody recognises the equine homolog of human CD8. Equine CD8 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes.In addition to the CVS21 clone, other CVS clones recognising equine MHC and cell surface antigens are available.

Flow Cytometry: 1:25 - 1:200, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
