Anti-CD8 alpha Antibody [OX-8] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [OX-8] antibody to CD8 alpha (PE).

This antibody recognises the rat CD8 alpha cell surface antigen, expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, most thymocytes and the majority of NK cells. Mouse anti Rat CD8a, clone MRC OX-8 is suitable for use in in vitro blocking assays. Mouse anti Rat CD8a, clone MRC OX-8 reacts with paraffin-embedded material following PLP Fixation (periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde). Mouse anti Rat CD8a, clone MRC OX-8 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
