Anti-CD45 Antibody [HI30] (Pacific Orange™)

Mouse monoclonal [HI30] antibody to CD45 (Pacific Orange™).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope on all isoforms of human CD45 antigen, a 180-220 kDa single chain type I transmembrane protein expressed at high levels on all cells of hematopoietic origin, except erythrocytes and platelets.

Flow Cytometry: This reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4µl reagent / 100µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension.
