Anti-CD44 Antibody [AV6]

Mouse monoclonal [AV6] antibody to CD44.

This antibody recognises Chicken CD44, a type 1 transmembrane protein expressed by B-cells, T-cells, monocytes and epithelial cells. CD44 is expressed by a range of cell types and involved in various functions including cell adhesion and cellular activation. Mouse anti chicken CD44, clone AV6 has been reported to cross react with Turkey recognising an antigen on IgM+ve B-cells and a subset of T-cells.
