Mouse monoclonal [CO.44B8] antibody to CD43.

This antibody recognises ovine CD43, also known as leukosialin or Sialophorin. CD43 is a ~105 kDa single pass type-1 transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by leucocytes. CD43 appears to have a role in cell aggregation.

Flow Cytometry: 1:50 - 1:200, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl
