Name
Anti-CD27 Antibody [LT27] (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [LT27] antibody to CD27 (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD27, a 50-55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein, of the TNF-receptor superfamily, expressed on medullary thymocytes, peripheral T lymphocytes, some B lymphocytes, and NK cells.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Host
Mouse

IgG2a
Conjugate

PerCP-Cyanine 5.5

Excitation: 482nm, Emission: 695nm

Purification
This antibody is conjugated with tandem dye PerCP-Cyanine 5.5 under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography; removing unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome.
