Name
Anti-CD2 Antibody [LT2] (APC)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [LT2] antibody to CD2 (APC).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD2, a 50 kDa glycoprotein present on the human peripheral blood T lymphocytes and NK cells. It is also expressed by all thymocytes.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Normal human blood lymphocytes.
Host
Mouse
Clonality
Monoclonal
