Western Blot - Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] (Biotin) (A121274)
Western blot of non-reduced (-) and reduced (+) rabbit IgG (20ng/lane), using 0.2µg/ml of Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] (Biotin). This antibody reacts to non-reduced rabbit IgG (~150 kDa).
Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] (Biotin) (A121274)
ELISA of IgGs from different species shows Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] reacts to the Fc region of rabbit IgG. There is no cross reactivity with human IgG, rat IgG, or mouse IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different IgG. 500ng/ml, 200ng/ml, or 50ng/ml of Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-goat IgG as the secondary antibody.
Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] (Biotin) (A121274)
A titer ELISA of rabbit IgG. The plate was coated with different amounts of rabbit IgG. A serial dilution of Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc Antibody [RMG02] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-goat IgG as the secondary antibody.
