ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CXCR4 Protein (A318433) (0.2 µg/well). Serial diluted Anti-CXCR4 Antibody [Ulocuplumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318864) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From this data, the EC50 for Anti-CXCR4 Monoclonal Antibody binding with CXCR4-Nanodisc is 2442 µg/ml.
