This protein is constructed from the following Adenosine Receptor A2a sequences: (Met1-Ser7) (Ser67-His tag77) (Asn144-Pro173) (Cys259-Pro266). The human Fc tag consists of amino acids Glu99-Ala330.
The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 31.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of ADORA2A-hFc is approximately 35-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
