Western Blot - Anti-VASP (phospho Ser157) Antibody [ARC64201] (A329944)

VASP expression in HEL cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Forskolin (30 uM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-VASP (Phospho S157) Antibody [ARC64201] (A329944) at a dilution of 1:3000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
