Myo5a deficient melanocytes transiently transduced with adenovirus expressing V5-tagged Myo5a, fixed, and stained with Anti-V5 Tag Antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution. Donkey anti-goat IgG antibody (Alexa Fluor 568) was used as the secondary antibody.
