Western Blot - Anti-Ubiquitin (phospho Ser65) Antibody (A309718)
Western blot analysis of PC-3, using Anti-Ubiquitin (phospho Ser65) Antibody (A309718) at 1:400 dilution. PC-3 cells were treated by Carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenylhydrazone(10 uM) (10 µM) at 37°C for 6 hours after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 60s.
