Western Blot - Anti-TrkA (phospho Tyr490) Antibody (A10972)

TrkA expression in NIH3T3 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-TrkA (Phospho Y490) Antibody (A10972) at a dilution of 1:10000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

TrkA expression in PC-12 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with MNGF (200 ng/ml) at 37°C for 10 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 30ug protein per lane with Anti-TrkA (Phospho Y490) Antibody (A10972) at a dilution of 1:1800 and detected with chemiluminescence.
