Western Blot - Anti-TRC40 Antibody (A84502)

TRC40 expression in Mouse Kidney lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-TRC40 Antibody (A84502) at using 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
