Western Blot - Anti-TPP1 Antibody (A84708)

TPP1 expression in Human Placenta lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-TPP1 Antibody (A84708) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
