Western Blot - Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224)

Samples: Whole cell lysate (25 µg) from Jurkat, HeLa, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224) was used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
