Mouse monoclonal [H398] antibody to TNF Receptor I (PE).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes the extracellular domain of CD120a, a 55 kDa receptor for tumor necrosis factor. This antibody blocks biological activity of both natural and recombinant human TNF alpha and TNF beta.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
